Right of Withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal (the cooling-off period) is valid for 14 days from the day you received the item or a substantial part of it. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact us. Your message to us must clearly state that you have changed your mind.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
You are obliged to keep the item in the same condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but you may, of course, carefully examine it. If the item is damaged or lost due to negligence, you lose the right of withdrawal. Once we have received your product and verified that it is unused and undamaged, we will refund the purchase price of the product. The right of withdrawal does not apply to shipping costs. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we shall refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible, or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item.

Complaints and Returns:
Poasana is responsible for damage occurring during transport to the customer. The customer is responsible for damage occurring during transport from the customer to Poasana. In the event of a complaint, please contact us.

In connection with your order, you agree that Poasana stores and uses your data to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. We may, from time to time, need to transfer information to relevant third parties (including, but not limited to, situations where we have a legal obligation to do so).
